AMP is to HTML what happened to Formula 1 racing way back when. Its a scaled back and light version of HTML.
What makes AMP worthwhile?
- Its new
- Its not hosted by you, Google take a copy to their index
- In many ways this is true of all indexed Google content, but AMP serves from its Google CDN domain not yours
